Croatia hosts diverse cultural and gastronomic festivals
Various cultural, gastronomic, and sporting events are taking place across Croatia. In Dubrovnik, the BBC World Service highlighted the city’s successful sustainable tourism management and housing policies designed to preserve the historic center and support local residents.
Regional festivals include the Renaissance Festival in Koprivnica, featuring historical hygiene demonstrations and archery tournaments, and the Leron International Folklore Festival in Vodnjan. Gastronomic events include the Palačinka Fest in Zagreb, the Wine not!? festival in Slavonia and Podravina, and the Vinski Grad in Varaždin, which offers over 300 wine labels.
