Duc Giang Chemicals Group announces major leadership changes

Duc Giang Chemicals Group (DGC) has announced a series of high-level leadership appointments following its 2026 annual general meeting of shareholders.

Pham Duy Tung, previously a Board Member and Deputy General Director, has been appointed as the new General Director and legal representative of the company for a five-year term, effective August 13, 2026. Mr. Tung, born in 1988, succeeds Luu Bach Dat, who has been relieved of his roles as General Director and Board Member.

Additionally, Vo Thang Long has been appointed Deputy General Director for a five-year term. Mr. Long, born in 1984, previously served as Chairman of Duc Giang Real Estate Co., Ltd. The company also appointed Dao Duc Manh as a Board Member and Deputy General Director, and Do Van Dong as a Board Member.

Other departures include Phung Trong Tu, who will no longer serve as Deputy General Director.
