Duffel market winners receive vouchers after festive fair

The Duffel festive market held on 14 July attracted many visitors to the town’s weekly market. A competition ran alongside the event, awarding shoppers who had bought from market stalls a ticket for a prize draw.

Five winners were announced at a ceremony in the municipal hall. They received shopping vouchers worth €25, €25, €50, €75 and €100, with the top prize of €100 going to Monique Storms. Local officials Dirk Broes and Isabel Glorie praised the market’s role in supporting local commerce and community life.

The municipality thanked participants and stallholders for contributing to a successful edition of the weekly market.
