Dugi Rat Municipality Announces Cash Grants for School Supplies

The Dugi Rat municipal administration issued a public call for applications for a one‑time cash allowance to purchase work notebooks and other school supplies for the 2026/2027 school year. Households with children enrolled in primary schools in the nearby town of Omiš may apply, receiving amounts that vary by grade: €50 for grades 1‑4, €90 for grades 5‑6, and €125 for grades 7‑8. Applicants must submit a completed form together with proof of enrollment, identity documents of both parents or guardians, and a bank account number. The deadline for submissions is 14 August 2026, with payments scheduled by the end of August.

The programme excludes families that have already received a similar subsidy on another basis. The initiative is funded from the Dugi Rat municipal budget and aims to support families in covering basic educational expenses.
