Duja Ephesus Otel project announced in Selçuk, İzmir

Bodrum Otel İşletmeleri A. Ş. has announced a new tourism investment in the Selçuk district of İzmir. The Duja Ephesus Otel project, located in the Pamucak area, involves a total investment cost of 906.6 million TL.

According to the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report, the facility will be built on an 80,051-square-meter plot. The project includes 382 accommodation units with a total capacity of 1,000 beds. The structures will consist of a main building and three blocks (A, B, and C), along with two villas, with a maximum height of ground plus two floors.

The facility is planned to feature various amenities, including an aquapark covering 3,000 square meters, swimming pools, a spa, and restaurants. The project is expected to employ 460 personnel.
