Duke University hosts 16th annual Rod Myers Invitational

Duke University will host the 16th annual Rod Myers Invitational on Monday and Tuesday, September 21-22, at the Duke University Golf Club in Durham, North Carolina. The 54-hole tournament features a 13-team field, including Duke, Furman, George Mason, Harvard, Northern Illinois, Princeton, Richmond, UNC Greensboro, UNC Wilmington, UTSA, Virginia Tech, Wofford, and Xavier.

Duke enters the event as the defending champion, having secured its fourth team title in the tournament's history last fall. The tournament honors the late Rod Myers, who coached the Duke men's golf program from 1973 until 2007.

George Mason University begins its 2026-27 campaign at the event, led by returning senior JJ Powell and sophomore Philipp Krone. Duke's lineup includes Carson Looney, Ollie Mukherjee, Bryan Kim, Sam Mukherjee, and John Hiller, with several additional players competing as individuals.
