Duke University denies Angel Murdock was in PA program

Angel Victoria Murdock, an influencer and former contestant on Netflix’s ‘Temptation Island’, has been accused of fabricating her identity as a student in Duke University’s Physician Assistant (PA) program. For approximately two years, Murdock used her social media presence to document her supposed journey through the program, posting content of herself in medical scrubs and claiming to undergo clinical rotations.

Graduates from the Duke PA class of 2026 raised suspicions after noticing discrepancies in her graduation photos, including incorrect academic regalia colors. Students reported that they had never seen Murdock on campus or at program events. Duke University subsequently confirmed that there is no record of Murdock ever applying to or attending the Physician Assistant Program.

Murdock is also facing allegations of faking her credentials as a licensed real estate agent in North Carolina and Georgia. Reports indicate she posted property listings and claimed significant monthly earnings, yet state licensing databases show no record of her professional certification, and the agency she claimed to work for stated she was never an employee. Following the online scrutiny, Murdock reportedly deleted her social media accounts.
