Dukla Jihlava and MFK Zemplín Michalovce prepare for new sporting seasons

In Czech ice hockey, Dukla Jihlava is preparing for a new season with the goal of returning to the extraliga. Club executive Bedřich Ščerban noted that the team has been strengthened with several new players, including Vojtěch Riedl, Adam Srdínka, Michal Plutnar, Ralfs Bergmanis, Jaroslav Brož, and Canadian Todd Winder. Captain Tomáš Čachotský expressed that the team faces high pressure as opponents will be highly motivated to defeat the two-time champions.

In Slovak football, MFK Zemplín Michalovce general manager Ivan Gondor discussed the club's recent successes, including breaking an 11-year winless streak against Slovan Bratislava. Gondor highlighted the professionalization of the club's approach and addressed topics regarding club management, transfer policies, and modernization of facilities.
