Dumlupınar University reports employment success via vocational model

Dumlupınar University’s Tavşanlı Vocational School is reporting significant employment success through its ‘3+1 Vocational Education in Business’ (İME) model. This model allows students to reinforce theoretical knowledge with field experience.

According to recent evaluation data, 60% of graduates from the automotive program, currently in its third year of the model, have entered the workforce. Graduates from the Internet and Network Technologies program, which completed its first year, show a 50% employment rate.

The school uses feedback from employers regarding student discipline, communication skills, and technical knowledge to update curricula and improve education quality. The Manufacturing Execution Systems Operator program has also joined the İME curriculum to further strengthen industry ties.
