Dunaszerdahely local history publications presented at Vermes Villa

New publications focusing on the history and identity of Dunaszerdahely were presented at the Vermes Villa. Published by the Biró Márton Polgári Társulás and edited by Attila Nagy, the works aim to provide deeper insight into the city's past.

The presentation highlighted the “Dunaszerdahelyi antológia” (Dunaszerdahely Anthology), an illustrated album containing historical and literary texts. Editor Attila Nagy noted that local history research can continuously enrich the understanding of the city by uncovering new sources and connecting existing data.

Additionally, the project introduced “Az én városom Dunaszerdahely” (My City Dunaszerdahely), a residential study reader designed for younger generations. This 30-century publication features 30 short chapters covering significant eras, personalities, and locations of the city and its surroundings. It includes interactive tasks to encourage students to engage in independent research and foster a connection to their hometown.
