Duncan Showroom to relocate after building sale
The Duncan Showroom, a well-known Canadian entertainment venue, will be forced to vacate its current downtown location by December 31, 2026, following the sale of its building. The property was listed for $769,000 in September.
Owner John Falkner, who has rented the space since 2004, is currently searching for a new venue. Despite the upcoming relocation, Falkner expressed optimism regarding the future of the showroom and its festival stage, noting strong community support.
