Dune: Part Three ticket sales launch globally

Warner Bros. has officially launched the global ticket sales campaign for Dune: Part Three, the concluding chapter of Denis Villeneuve’s sci-fi trilogy. Based on Frank Herbert’s novel ‘Dune Messiah’, the film is scheduled for a theatrical release on December 18, 2026.

The rollout includes standard screenings alongside premium formats such as IMAX, 4DX, and Dolby Cinema. In the United Kingdom, early interest has been significant; reports indicate that the BFI IMAX in London saw massive virtual queues, with some users claiming over 65,000 people waiting for IMAX 70mm tickets within the first minute of release. Early ticket sales for the BFI IMAX alone reached approximately £880,000 ($988,000) in the first 24 hours, setting a record for the venue.

The film features returning leads Timothée Chalamet and Zendaya, alongside an ensemble cast including Florence Pugh, Jason Momoa, Rebecca Ferguson, and Robert Pattinson. The story takes place 17 years after the events of Part Two, focusing on the consequences of Paul Atreides’ rise to imperial power and the political conspiracies surrounding his rule.
