Dungeon Crawler Carl franchise expands with new merchandise

The Dungeon Crawler Carl LitRPG series, authored by Matt Dinniman, is expanding into a major franchise with various merchandise releases. At New York Comic Con, new action figures and Princess Donut plush blind boxes were showcased.

Princess Posse Plush blind boxes, featuring six different variations of the character Princess Donut, are available for preorder through EB Games Canada for $19.99 with a scheduled release date of October 30. While a U.S. release date remains unconfirmed, Playmates is currently rolling out a new line of DCC action figures to major retailers.

Further expansions include tabletop games, which are expected to release commercially in December following a crowdfunding campaign that raised over $13 million. Additionally, a television series adaptation is currently in development at Peacock.
