Dunoon grazing property in NSW listed for $7 million

The Dunoon grazing property, located in Binalong on the transition of the Southern Tablelands and South West Slopes of New South Wales, is listed for sale at $7 million. The 841-hectare (2079-acre) estate features 538 hectares of undulating arable land and 303 hectares of open and timbered grazing land, making it suitable for sheep and cattle breeding.

In addition to agricultural production, the property generates cash flow through a lease from three wind turbines. The land is supported by productive red granite soils and an average annual non-seasonal rainfall of 672mm. Water is supplied via 15 dams and frontage to both Jugiong Creek and Bushrangers Creek. Infrastructure on the site includes a four-stand shearing shed, sheep yards, and a homestead site.
