Duoc UC certifies labor inclusion managers as Constanza Agroindustrial marks 40 years
In Chile, Duoc UC and the Labor Competency Evaluation and Certification Center (ECERLAB) have certified 138 new Labor Inclusion Managers. This initiative, developed through a collaboration agreement signed in late 2024, aims to move organizations beyond simple quota-based hiring toward professionalized, rights-based technical inclusion. The certification aligns with the requirements of Law No. 21.275 and the ChileValora National System, involving specialists from various sectors including health, transport, education, and large-scale industry.
In the Dominican Republic, Constanza Agroindustrial celebrated 40 years of operation. Founded in 1986 as a pioneer in the garlic paste market, the company has expanded its portfolio to include seasonings, sauces, and vinegars. General Manager Raúl Peralta Abreu announced plans for a new growth phase focused on modernizing facilities and increasing international presence, noting that their products are already available in the United States via Walmart.
