Durrës hit by two overnight explosions

Two explosions involving explosives occurred in the early hours of the morning in Durrës, Albania. The first incident took place around 03:50 in Neighborhood No. 11, where explosives were thrown at the exterior door of a business owned by Gëzim Kajno. The second explosion occurred approximately 40 minutes later, around 04:30, in the Shkallnur area on the Plepa–Ndroq road, targeting a vehicle garage door.

Both incidents resulted only in minor material damage. Investigative teams, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, are currently collecting evidence and working to identify and apprehend the perpetrators. Reports indicate that Gëzim Kajno is a known figure to authorities, having previously been convicted for the 2016 murder of Asllan Kërtusha.
