Dushanbe inaugurates new school and service centre

President Emomali Rahmon and Dushanbe Mayor Rustam Emomali inaugurated two new facilities in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, aimed at enhancing education and local services.

The Imkon private secondary school, built by businessmen Valijon, Piran, and Payrav Akhmedov, can accommodate 800 students. The facility features 59 classrooms equipped for subjects including IT, biology, and foreign languages, with instruction provided in Tajik, Russian, and English. The campus includes a canteen, a gym, two swimming pools, and a shooting range for military training.

Additionally, the Ahmadjon Service Centre was opened in the Firdavsi district. Funded by entrepreneur Mustafa Atobulloev, the 11,000-square-meter complex includes a shopping center, a restaurant, an 18-room hotel, and various recreational facilities. The center utilizes solar panels for energy and is expected to create approximately 250 permanent jobs.
