Ralph Carr convicted of rape; AFL star Dustin Martin ends partnership

Australian talent manager Ralph Carr, 66, was found guilty of two counts of rape and one count of sexual assault for an incident at his West Melbourne home in March 2023. The conviction was delivered by the County Court of Victoria after a three‑year suppression order was lifted, allowing the media to identify him publicly. Carr, who has managed artists such as Tina Arena and Kate Ceberano and represented AFL star Dustin Martin, denied the charges and announced plans to appeal and seek a stay of sentencing.
