Dutch amateur football clubs prepare for new season

Dutch amateur football clubs Zeerobben and Jodan Boys are preparing for their upcoming competitive seasons.

Zeerobben, led by trainers Fred de Boer and Oane Westra, has faced a challenging preseason with losses to ONS and IJVC. Despite these results, the club is integrating youth players and new experienced members like Durk Ennema and David van der Pol to rebuild following the departures of Thomas Dijkstra and Patrick Amels. Their first cup match will be against Blauw Wit ‘34.

Jodan Boys is set to begin their season with an away match against Valken'68, a newly promoted side playing at the fourth division level for the first time. After a mixed preseason marked by injuries and inconsistent results, Jodan Boys recently showed resilience by overcoming a 3-1 deficit to win 3-5 in their latest match.
