Dutch court hears civil case against Bill Gates and Pfizer over COVID-19 vaccines

A civil case filed by seven Dutch plaintiffs was heard on October 22, 2026, at the District Court of Northern Netherlands in Leeuwarden. The lawsuit seeks personal liability from several high-profile figures, including Bill Gates, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, and former Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte, as well as the Dutch State.

The plaintiffs allege that mRNA injections were deployed through a coordinated global deception and characterize the products as lethal biological weapons. Their legal counsel, Peter Stassen, argued that the injections were not ordinary medical products and are linked to the World Economic Forum’s ‘Great Reset’ project.

Defense lawyers have rejected all claims, maintaining that the vaccines were developed through standard scientific processes and are both safe and effective. A verdict in the case is expected to be delivered starting December 9, 2026.
