Dutch healthcare providers host recruitment events for care sector roles

Healthcare organizations in the Netherlands are hosting recruitment and orientation events to attract new staff to the care sector.

De ZorgSpecialist is organizing an atmosphere tasting event in Santpoort-Noord on September 17. The event is aimed at certified healthcare professionals, including nurses, caregivers, and residential supervisors, looking for new challenges in home care, district teams, or assisted living. The organization offers various roles across the Kennemerland region, including flexible positions and specialized care services.

Additionally, PSW will host an open introductory café at the ’t Zonnehuis activity center in Weert on September 23. This low-threshold event allows interested individuals to learn about working or volunteering in disability care through tours and conversations with staff and clients. According to recruitment advisor Laura Popken, the goal is to demonstrate the versatility of the work to those considering a career switch or new employment opportunities.
