Meanwhile, the Decibel Outdoor festival in Hilvarenbeek has introduced a ‘mental car wash’ initiative to support youth mental health. Guided by Professor Levi van Dam from the University of Amsterdam, the program offers attendees breathing exercises, ice baths, and mindfulness activities to help them decompress from daily pressures before participating in the high-energy event.
