Dutch outdoor music festivals feature local talent in Helmond and Zeist
Various outdoor music festivals are taking place across the Netherlands this summer. In Helmond, the Kasteeltuinconcerten are approaching their penultimate Friday evening, featuring a diverse lineup. The program includes the rock trio Crank It Up, the cover band Baby Blue on the main stage, and the blues band 32Blues on the West stage.
In Zeist, the Slottuinconcerten are celebrating their eighth edition. The event, organized by De Peppel and TivoliVredenburg, focuses on Dutch musical talent. Recent performances included Douwe Bob, who performed despite heavy rain, which led to an impromptu moment where a fan joined him on stage to play guitar. The festival continues through August 23, utilizing the historic grounds of Slot Zeist as an open-air theater.
