Dutch police seize cocaine, hash and chemicals in raids across Venray, Merselo and Deventer

Police in the Dutch towns of Venray and Merselo arrested three suspects after a targeted operation uncovered more than two kilograms of cocaine and almost one kilogram of hash in a residence on Pastoor Vercoulenstraat. The suspects, aged 26, 25 and 65, were detained and will appear before a judge, while investigators continue to examine related properties tied to a larger drug case.

In a separate raid in Deventer, officers entered a warehouse on Arnhemstraat and arrested one individual. Large pallets of chemicals – likely intended for the synthesis of drugs such as MDMA – were found, though no operational drug laboratory was present. The specialised LFO unit is handling the safe disposal of the substances, and the investigation into the chemicals' source and the suspect’s involvement remains ongoing.
