Dutch RegTech firms push AI-driven compliance and tax advisory tools

Amsterdam‑based ACE + Company has launched RegAI, a generative‑AI platform that embeds deep regulatory expertise into its architecture to help financial institutions manage the growing volume of banking, resilience and reporting rules. The firm emphasizes an audit‑trail system that links each regulatory requirement to specific data points, aiming for a real‑time “Regulatory Nervous System” that can interpret and implement rule changes automatically.

In parallel, Lansigt accountants and tax advisers are highlighting the behavioural side of AI adoption in fiscal work. Partner Wim van Groningen notes that successful use of AI tools depends on staff training, experimentation and clear guidance rather than merely installing software. He stresses that AI should augment, not replace, tax professionals, who must still critically evaluate AI‑generated analyses.

Both initiatives show a Dutch focus on combining AI technology with specialised domain knowledge to improve compliance and tax practice efficiency.
