Dutch towns Zandvoort and Ruurlo schedule free art festivals this fall

Rotary Zandvoort will host the sixth edition of Zandvoort Art on 26‑27 September 2026, featuring over 90 artists across 25 venues, a public exhibition in the Dorpskerk and a new route inviting visitors to walk or cycle the seaside town. The event is free, with accessible transport options for those with limited mobility.

On 12 August 2026, the first Kunstmarkt Ruurlo will transform the Dorpsstraat and Kerkplein into a open‑air market where more than 40 artists display paintings, ceramics, photography, sculpture, jewelry and glasswork. Organized by Kunst & Creatie together with KunstKring Ruurlo, the market is also free and aims to attract locals, tourists and day‑trippers, offering a chance to meet creators and combine the visit with nearby attractions such as Museum MORE.
