DUYTAN Group appoints Tran Duy Minh Dat as Vice President

Tran Duy Minh Dat has been introduced as the Vice President of DUYTAN Group, a prominent Vietnamese plastic manufacturing company with 39 years of experience.

Born in 1990, Minh Dat is the eldest son of the brand's founders, Tran Duy Hy and Nguyen Thi Hue Thu. His professional background includes earning a bachelor's degree in Finance and Management from the University of Virginia in 2012 and an MBA from the University of California between 2017 and 2020.

After working as a Business Analyst in Vietnam, he returned to the United States in 2014 to serve as a project manager for Plascene, a subsidiary of DUYTAN Group. Since June 2016, he has served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Plascene, a role he has held for over a decade. His recent appointment as Vice President of the parent group was highlighted during a recent event organized by the Vietnam High Quality Vietnamese Goods Business Association regarding generational leadership transition.
