Dwayne Johnson addresses praise for AEW in PAC tribute

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has addressed reports regarding his recent tribute to the late Benjamin Satterley, known professionally as PAC in AEW and Neville in WWE. Following his tribute, reports surfaced suggesting that his praise for AEW—calling it a “phenomenal company”—caused surprise among WWE officials, given his role on the TKO Board of Directors and his ties to WWE leadership.

Responding to these reports on Instagram, Johnson stated that his focus during such times is on humanity rather than business rivalry. He noted, “when one of our own passes away, I don’t care nor do I see ‘our competition’, I care about the wrestlers and how it affects them.” He emphasized that in the wrestling community, humanity matters most.
