Dwayne Johnson Announces Moana Spin‑off Album with Pacific Artists

Actor Dwayne Johnson is co‑executive‑producing Disney Music Group’s new album "Moana: Voices Across The Ocean," slated for release on July 31, 2026. The collection features 25 Pacific‑region artists and includes 14 original songs plus a cover of “We Know The Way.” Johnson contributes a track titled “Your Dad,” dedicated to his daughters. The album’s track list also showcases performances by Dinah Jane, Stan Walker, Iam Tongi, Paula Fuga and others.

The release follows the live‑action remake of Moana, which earned over $186 million worldwide but is reported to be struggling to break even. Johnson has hinted that "Moana 3" is in development, linking the music project to the franchise’s broader expansion.
