Dwayne Johnson ends decade-long partnership with Under Armour

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Under Armour are ending their decade-long business partnership. The collaboration, which began in 2016, centered on the Project Rock line of performance apparel, accessories, and footwear.

The split is reportedly cordial. Under Armour stated that the partnership is reaching a “natural conclusion” as the company focuses on restructuring its core business and its own UA Train collection. Under Armour will continue to sell and distribute existing Project Rock inventory through October 2026.

Dwayne Johnson and his business partner, Dany Garcia, retain ownership of the Project Rock trademark. They are expected to seek a new manufacturing partner to continue producing the brand line as it enters its next chapter.
