Dwayne Johnson’s 2013 film “Snitch” airs on Turkish TV

The 2013 action‑drama film *Snitch* (titled *Muhbir* in Turkey), directed by Ric Roman Waugh and starring Dwayne Johnson as John Matthews, follows a desperate father who becomes an informant to infiltrate a Mexican drug cartel and free his son from a harsh prison sentence. The movie, based on a true‑inspired story, was shot primarily in Louisiana with additional border scenes filmed in Texas.

The film, which originally opened in Turkey on 14 June 2013, was scheduled to be broadcast on Show TV on 7 August, bringing the high‑tempo thriller back to Turkish audiences.
