Dwelly acquires Kent agency Helen Breeze Property Management

Property management firm Dwelly has acquired Kent-based Helen Breeze Property Management, marking its eleventh acquisition of 2026. The deal adds approximately 400 fully managed properties to Dwelly’s portfolio, bringing its total to roughly 15,665 properties. The company anticipates exceeding 16,000 properties under management by the end of October.

Founded in 1988, Helen Breeze Property Management is a family-run agency operating in Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, and surrounding areas. Partners Hilary Breeze and Diane Hopkins are selling the business but will remain involved during a transition period prior to their retirement.

This acquisition occurs amid rising operating costs and increased regulation within the private rented sector. Dwelly’s expansion strategy aligns with broader industry trends where larger operators are increasingly absorbing independent agencies.
