DWF Labs receives VASP regulatory approval in British Virgin Islands

DWF Labs has announced that a group entity has been granted Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) regulatory approval from the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (BVI FSC).

Under the BVI’s Virtual Assets Service Providers Act 2022, the approval allows DWF Labs to act as a registered VASP. This authorization enables the firm to facilitate the exchange of various virtual assets and provide financial services related to the offering or sale of virtual assets by issuers.

The regulatory status provides institutional clients with access to DWF Labs’ integrated over-the-counter (OTC) trading and market-making capabilities, including spot trading for thousands of digital assets and stablecoins. Additionally, the approval supports the company’s ability to offer investment, incubation, and ecosystem development services to digital asset projects globally.
