DXC Technology and LangChain partner on agentic AI for IT operations

DXC Technology has announced a partnership with LangChain to implement governed agentic AI within mission-critical enterprise IT environments. The collaboration utilizes LangChain’s LangGraph open-source runtime and LangSmith engineering platform to enhance DXC’s intelligent orchestration platform, DXC OASIS.

DXC OASIS is currently scaling toward 125 customer environments across various regulated industries and geographies. In 500 measured use cases, the platform has reportedly reduced resolution time by an average of 95% while maintaining a diagnostic accuracy of 92% or higher. The partnership aims to provide the governance, human oversight, and continuous assurance necessary for managing AI agents in critical technology settings.
