DXC Technology names new AI-focused president and partners with ElevenLabs on voice AI

DXC Technology announced a series of leadership appointments aimed at accelerating its AI‑centric strategy. Paul Taylor was named President, taking over from Raul Fernandez who remains Chief Executive Officer. Dan Gray was appointed President of Global Infrastructure Services. The moves build on the earlier appointment of Holly Grant as President of AI Innovation and Strategy. "These appointments put new AI‑centric leadership front and center at DXC and accelerate our dual Core and Fast Track strategy," said CEO Raul Fernandez.

In a separate initiative, DXC entered a strategic partnership with ElevenLabs, an AI company specializing in audio models and voice agents. The collaboration will embed advanced voice AI across DXC’s internal operations and customer solutions, and DXC participated in ElevenLabs’ recent $5 billion Series D financing round. "Voice is becoming a primary interface for how enterprises engage with customers and employees," said ElevenLabs revenue head Ben Budde. The partnership is positioned to enhance productivity, customer engagement, and AI‑native product delivery worldwide.
