DxO and Affinity partner to integrate RAW processing and editing

DxO Labs and Affinity by Canva have entered a partnership to streamline the workflow between RAW image processing and advanced editing. The collaboration is highlighted by the release of DxO PhotoLab 10.1, which introduces a one-click export feature directly into Affinity.

This integration utilizes Affinity’s native .AF file format. Photographers can develop RAW images using DxO’s image-processing technology and then export them into Affinity for layer-based retouching, compositing, and design work. The export process creates a native Affinity document that can include the fully developed photograph and an option to include the untouched original image as a second layer for comparison or blending.
