DXONE releases AI management tool for food wholesalers

DXONE Co., Ltd. has officially released its ‘AI Management Assistant,’ a service designed specifically for fruit and vegetable wholesalers and food wholesalers. The tool utilizes generative AI to automate the processing of various data formats, including PDF, Excel, images, and CSV files.

By analyzing order details such as product names, quantities, unit prices, and delivery conditions, the AI automatically converts this information into the company’s own product master data. This integration allows for seamless use within the company’s Smart Order and Smart Stock systems.

Beyond data entry, the AI functions as a management tool, allowing users to engage in natural language dialogue to perform business analysis. Users can query the system regarding profit margins, the causes of declining gross profits, specific products with worsening margins, and areas where return or waste losses are occurring to identify opportunities for improvement.
