Dylan Perinoni sentenced for domestic violence offenses

Dylan Perinoni, a 30-year-old man from Wodonga, has been sentenced to a supervised 12-month community corrections order following domestic violence-related charges. Perinoni pleaded guilty to aggravated break and enter, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, property damage, and intimidation.

The incident occurred when Perinoni entered his ex-partner's home in Lavington after she had refused him access to their son. During the confrontation, the victim, fearing for her safety as Perinoni behaved aggressively, used a knife to defend herself, resulting in a superficial wound to Perinoni's arm. Perinoni admitted to police that his conduct
