Dyna Software launches Platform Copilot AI to automate ServiceNow configurations

Calgary‑based Dyna Software unveiled Platform Copilot, an agentic AI assistant for the ServiceNow platform, at ServiceNow’s Knowledge 2026 event in Las Vegas. The tool lets business users describe desired changes in natural language or upload legacy form images, then automatically generates wireframes, validates them against the customer’s own ServiceNow instance, and builds production‑ready configurations without developer involvement.

According to CEO Ron Browning, Platform Copilot can handle about 80 % of typical enhancement work, cutting project timelines dramatically—for example, a migration of over 200 catalog items that would normally take months was completed in minutes. The product builds on Dyna’s Guardrails DevOps suite, ensuring that generated configurations follow ServiceNow best practices and avoid upgrade conflicts. Target markets include large enterprises and government agencies that face backlogs of manual form digitisation.
