Dynamo Dresden bans vloggers from stadium

Dynamo Dresden, a professional football club in Germany's second division, has implemented a ban on vloggers and influencers filming matchday content for commercial purposes. The club stated that filming game scenes and stadium visits for monetization is prohibited under its stadium regulations.

The decision aims to protect the media and exploitation rights of the club and its television partners, noting that creators profit from monetized content while the club receives no revenue. Additionally, the club cited the desire to improve the atmosphere for all spectators, responding to fan requests to experience matches without the presence of constant cameras.

While commercial vlogging is prohibited, the club clarified that fans may still take photos and short videos for private, non-commercial use. The enforcement of these rules will be managed by the club and its security services.
