DynaResource reports lower gold production and revenue for Q2 2026

DynaResource reported Q2 2026 revenue of $11.4 million, a decrease from $18.0 million in Q1 2026 and $15.9 million in Q2 2025. Net income for the quarter was $0.6 million, matching Q2 2025 levels but falling from $2.5 million in the previous quarter.

Gold production dropped to 3,703 ounces, representing a 35% decline compared to Q2 2025. This decrease was attributed to a lower head grade of 2.45 g/t and the impacts of transitioning to a single underground mining contractor. Adjusted EBITDA saw a significant decline to $35,645 from $3.6 million in the same period last year.

Despite these declines, the company noted a favorable Amparo ruling in Mexico, which restores procedural rights over eight mining concessions. DynaResource also announced a non-brokered private placement of up to $6.4 million, including warrants, to support working capital, debt service, and capital projects.
