Dynasty TV series returns to Kurir Televizija

The classic American television series ‘Dynasty’ is returning to the spotlight. Kurir Televizija has announced that the cult series will be broadcast on its channel during weekdays at 17:00 and 23:10. To celebrate the broadcast, Kurir TV presenters have undergone transformations to portray legendary characters from the show, such as Krystle Carrington and Blake Carrington.

Historically, ‘Dynasty’ emerged as a glamorous response to the success of the series ‘Dallas’. While ‘Dallas’ focused on the oil industry and Texas ranch life, ‘Dynasty’ centered on the high-fashion, luxury lifestyle of Denver. The production was known for its massive scale, including a weekly costume budget of approximately 30,000 euros managed by costume designer Nolan Miller. The series became a global phenomenon, eventually surpassing ‘Dallas’ in viewership during the 1984/85 season.
