Dynatrace announces $1.25 billion notes offering and share buyback plan
Dynatrace is planning a $1.25 billion private placement of exchangeable senior notes due in 2031. The AI-powered observability company intends to use up to $200 million of the proceeds for share repurchases, with the remaining funds allocated for general corporate purposes.
