Dyson and Roborock launch new AI-powered robot vacuums

Dyson and Roborock have introduced new high-end robotic vacuum and mop models featuring advanced automation and sensing technologies.

Dyson has launched the Spot+Scrub Ai, which utilizes artificial intelligence, an HD camera, and LiDAR sensors to detect stains and analyze floor cleanliness. The device offers 18,000 Pa of suction power, an automatic 40 mm brush extension for edges, and up to 200 minutes of battery life. It is designed to adapt cleaning methods when transitioning between different surfaces, such as hard floors and carpets.

Roborock has released the Qrevo Edge 2 Flow, which features a suction power of 35,000 Pa. To address hair entanglement, the model includes a Dual Anti-Enredo system with DuoDivide brushes. A notable design feature is its low profile of 8.98 cm, achieved through RetractSense technology, which allows the LiDAR sensor to retract so the robot can clean under low furniture.
