Dyson launches affordable Cool CF1 bladeless fan with smart controls

Dyson introduced the Cool CF1, its most affordable bladeless fan, priced at $379.99. The unit uses the company's Air Multiplier technology to amplify surrounding air up to 13 times, delivering up to 97 gallons of airflow per second. Features include ten airflow settings, 70-degree oscillation, a brushless DC motor, and a Sleep mode that reduces noise to 29 dB while dimming the display. Users can control the fan via the MyDyson app, voice commands, or a remote, with timer intervals ranging from 15 minutes to nine hours.

The company also promoted the Hot+Cool HF1, a 2‑in‑1 smart heater and fan priced at $499. The HF1 offers heating in winter and fan‑only cooling in summer, with silent operation (26 dB in Sleep mode) and app‑based scheduling. Its bladeless design simplifies cleaning and enhances safety for homes with pets and children. Both products aim to provide Dyson's signature airflow performance at a lower price point for bedroom and home‑office use.
