Dyson receives design award and launches new vacuum technology

Dyson has announced several new product developments and recognitions in Japan. The company’s Dyson HushJet Mini Cool fan has received the 2026 Good Design Award. The portable fan features a star-shaped nozzle inspired by jet engine design, which aims to provide powerful yet comfortable airflow. The lightweight device can be used as a handheld, wearable, or desk fan and offers five wind speed settings.

Additionally, Dyson has launched the Dyson V10 Optic with an Auto-empty Dok in Japan. This cordless vacuum cleaner system includes a docking station that automatically collects debris from the vacuum into a sealed dust bag, capable of holding up to 60 days of waste. The dock also serves as a charging station and a storage unit for vacuum attachments. The vacuum features Fluffy Optic technology, using green LEDs to reveal hidden dust on floors.
