Düzce implements agricultural and culinary support projects

The Düzce Special Provincial Administration has launched two major initiatives to bolster local production and economic development. Under the ‘Support for Under-Cover Farming Project,’ greenhouses were distributed to 48 farmers to encourage year-round cultivation.

Simultaneously, the ‘Preserving Local Flavors with Skillful Hands Project’ provided mobile kitchen support to eight districts across the province. These mobile kitchens are designed to assist in the processing and promotion of regional products.

Local officials, including Düzce Governor Mehmet Makas and various members of parliament, attended the distribution ceremony. Officials noted that the administration's scope has expanded beyond traditional infrastructure, such as roads and water, to include investments in agriculture, tourism, and food security.
