Düzce Mayor announces major infrastructure and water projects

Düzce Mayor Dr. Faruk Özlü met with residents of the Sallar neighborhood to discuss ongoing urban reconstruction and infrastructure projects in the city. During the meeting, Özlü emphasized that the municipality is pursuing long-term development despite current financial constraints.

Key infrastructure projects mentioned include a water treatment plant valued at 1.5 billion TL and a drinking water network renewal project estimated at 45 million euros. Özlü stated that the administration has prepared 100 projects aimed at solving problems for the next 50 years, focusing on permanent solutions rather than short-term fixes.
