Düzce Mayor Faruk Özlü discusses infrastructure projects in Yukarı Yahyalar

Düzce Mayor Dr. Faruk Özlü met with residents of the Yukarı Yahyalar neighborhood as part of a series of community meetings to discuss local issues and ongoing municipal projects. During the gathering, Özlü highlighted long-term infrastructure investments aimed at securing the city's needs for the next 50 years.

Key initiatives discussed include a major overhaul of the drinking water network, involving an expenditure of 45 million Euros, and a water treatment plant project with a total cost of approximately 1.5 billion Lira. The Mayor also addressed road maintenance, stating that asphalt repairs for damaged or worn streets will be completed before the end of his term.

In addition to infrastructure, Özlü responded to local concerns regarding water pressure, the establishment of a football field, and the efficiency of the city's canteen services. He emphasized that these meetings serve as a direct communication channel to address resident feedback and implement the 100 projects promised during his election campaign.
