E-Notícies and Javier Negre form digital media alliance

An investigation has revealed a digital media alliance between the Catalan outlet E-Notícies, which supports the postulates of Aliança Catalana, and the media apparatus of Javier Negre, a prominent figure in the Spanish far-right digital ecosystem.

Data from GFK indicates that E-Notícies and Negre’s media outlet, Estado de Alarma TV (EDA TV), have appeared within the same audience group for nearly two years. This alliance has reportedly aided in the commercialization of advertising. While E-Notícies does not receive institutional advertising, EDA TV has received significant public funding, including over 226,000 euros from the Community of Madrid between 2021 and 2025, and at least 680,000 euros in total from various administrations governed by the PP.
